Administration

As an Administrator, you will work closely with other individuals throughout our organization. Administrators play a variety of roles, from general support in our Head Office to more specialized work within one of our teams.

AUDIT

With so many centres for Dental Excellence, other verticals and thousands of weekly transactions, Dentistico has a substantial inflow and outflow of payments, goods and services. Our audit team ensures that each of these transactions is registered and processed properly.

Loss prevention and fraud detection are two of the audit team's responsibilities; ensuring that the cost of goods and services are correctly received and banked with no issue is another. The audit team also monitors the distribution of discounts.

Customer Contact Centre

Our Customer Contact Centre is based in newly refurbished offices situated in the centre at Gurgaon.

Our Customer Contact Centre team works together to provide support and enhance the experiences of our patients. A number of different roles exist, from handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries, to booking appointments, to managing teams of operators. As our team members directly deal with patients, it is critical that they have strong communication skills, and are able to use judgment, initiative, and tact while building rapport.

Customer Services

We pride ourselves on providing a superior level of customer care. Our customer service team works to respond to all enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience.

As part of our team, you will be communicating with a variety of customers, from individuals with written enquiries, to retail shoppers, to oral surgery patients. We provide our team with all the necessary training to offer the level of service our customers have come to expect, but it is up to team members to effectively communicate with customers and deliver this expertise.

Nurses

Our Nurses are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. As part of our oral surgery team, you will work alongside our world renowned Surgeons. We have both full and part-time positions.

Dental Surgeons

As a Dental Surgeon for DENTISTICO you can expect to work in an environment where accuracy and safety come first. Performing complicated procedures, our Surgeons are supported by well-trained teams of Nurses and Dental chair assistants.

Finance

Our finance team is responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from handling invoices, payments and supplier accounts, to tracking revenues and taxes. Given the size and scope of DENTISTICO, this is no small task and this work is integral to the continued functioning of our business.

Team members can also be expected to perform analysis and prepare forecasts. DENTISTICO relies on this information to project future growth and trends.

Positions range from Financial Controller to Purchase Ledger Assistant. Team members will work with patients, suppliers and government sector to ensure that our books are complete and accounts are in order.

Clinical Services

In 2011, Dentistico opened its Centre for Dental Excellence at Rockland Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility specializing in cosmetic dentistry.

Situated at Qutab Institutional Area, the Centre is equipped with cutting-edge technology, as well as a digitalized diagnostic suite, OPG, two operating theatres and individual cubicles to provide privacy. We have put these technologies and facilities in place to ensure that patients receive the best treatment and have positive experiences with Dentistico.

Our clinical team provides the care and performs the procedures that make such high quality service possible. From Cosmetic Surgeons, to General Nurses, to Counsellors, our team provides more than just results for our patients.

Human Resources & Payroll

It is our human resources and payroll team's responsibility to support each of the employees, and ensure that they are having a positive and rewarding work experience.

Our human resources and payroll team has both the flexibility and the expertise to take on any number of challenges, working closely with employees from all areas of our business.

Information Technology

With its multiple verticals DENTISTICO depends on its I.T. team to ensure that its complex networks function smoothly.

Our I.T. team works to connect each of our locations with our call centre and our extensive patient database, which enables us to provide the best possible care for our patients as well as monitoring how and what we're doing. Our team is also responsible for maintaining our sales system, developing software programmes, overseeing employee server access and responding to employee queries related to I.T. Working with our marketing department, our I.T. team provides support for e-mail and online marketing.

Beyond ongoing tasks, members of our I.T. team can expect to take on a variety of projects. These projects vary in difficulty and duration, but consistently demand both flexibility and creativity from team members.

Marketing

Our marketing team oversees everything from direct mail to online development, working to promote and convey the DENTISTICO brand. With locations across the nation, our team tailors promotional materials to various regions and clientele.

From print and television advertisements, to storefront displays and promotional schemes, our marketing team employs a number of specialists, including a Graphic Designer, in order to effectively communicate using a number of mediums.

Our marketing team is also responsible for developing, designing and maintaining the Dentistico website.

Laboratory

Based out of our Head Office in Delhi, our Laboratory fills the orders from our clinics, ensuring that all our products are both ready to ship in a timely manner and also meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations.

Our Laboratory team members perform specialized tasks. Though we expect all of our Laboratory team members to be adept at their jobs, we provide the entire requisite training beforehand; team members are not expected to have any prior lab expertise.

Recruitment

Sales & Retail

With multiple centres, our retail teams play a key role in helping us deliver a world-class service. We have positions in cosmetic dentistry, International patients, and membership plans. Regardless of your position, we will provide you with all the necessary training you need to succeed.

Our retail teams operate in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a variety of individuals, from medical professionals, to surgery patients, to retail customers. Buying & Merchandising

We rely on our buying and merchandising team to stock our stores with the latest range of treatment consumables as well as the most up to date technology. Drawing from leading manufacturers and renowned brands, we strive to provide competitively priced braces, crowns and other dental products to suit every style and budget.

The retail aspect of our business is crucial to our continuing success. Keeping our stores stocked with desirable products is integral to driving footfall and sales.

Warehouse & Distribution

Timely delivery of stocks to our network of centres is essential. Our warehouse and distribution team is responsible for ensuring that this occurs promptly and accurately every time.

As an integral element in the smooth operations of our business, our warehouse and distribution team performs a number of tasks, from taking in deliveries, to sending out store requests, to sorting mail. This support enables our head office, as well as each of our clinics, to function properly.

Real Estate Team

DENTISTICO has a wide and growing portfolio of properties, from our clinics, to our Customer Contact Centre, Head Office and warehouse.

Our property team oversees each of these locations, managing everything from general maintenance to full refits, and from new builds to site relocations. Employing a range of specialists, our team keeps our existing stores in top condition, while aptly handling the complexities involved in purchasing and building new stores.

The maintenance, renovation and construction of properties are critical in enabling us to achieve our growth objectives. We rely on our Real Estate team to provide us with the physical infrastructure to facilitate our continued success.
